The Baiser D’arome fragrance boutique is a warm and inviting place for clients to find their perfect scent. The perfume/cologne boutique remains consistent with the Ford building’s industrial and masculine aesthetic while also providing a similar theme to the entire Winslow Hotel. The boutique contains a darker color pallet of blues, reds, and browns offset with lighter leather textures. Fixtures and display areas are composed of wood, glass, acrylic and industrial piping. Several materials and applications are used to create an industrial looking area, including rustic metals, Edison lightbulbs, blonde brick, and warm woods.

       The boutique will provide a welcoming space to examine different scents while also providing a social space to browse with friends. Dark colors create an almost bar like aesthetic that is perfect for the masculine feel of the space. Although the area is darker with rougher textures, the calming atmosphere and dim lighting creates an area everyone will enjoy. The retail area is a perfect blend of industrial spice with contemporary elements throughout.
